Each Mini-Tool replicates the function of a Scru-Driver to punch and screw: a Scru-Driver made mini, in Makedo’s words. Suited to group projects with many hands.

Age and safety
Recommended for ages 5+ (4+ with an adult, 7+ independently). Safety tested to an age grading of 3+ and made without PVC, BPA, phthalates or lead; conforms to ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN-71, AS/NZS 8124 and Canada SOR/2011-17, says Makedo.

Makedo questions
Mini-Tool or Scru-Driver?
Both punch the hole and drive the Scru and Scru+. The Mini-Tool is a Scru-Driver made mini, in Makedo’s words, so the 12-pack gives a whole table one each for group builds. The Scru-Driver is the full-size tool that comes in every kit except the Starter Kit.
Does it come with screws?
No. The Mini-Tool 012 is twelve tools only. Pair it with Scru 180, Scru+ 120 or the Scru Combo 160.
Is Makedo reusable?
Yes. Turn a Scru the other way with the Scru-Driver or Mini-Tool and it comes out, ready for the next build. Makedo’s own cycle is find a box, make, play and reuse. Use only Makedo’s tools on the Scru: Makedo says metal tools such as socket wrenches and power driver bits damage it beyond repair.
