Makedo Scru+ 120, 120 longer cardboard screws for up to 5 layers
A refill of 120 Scru+, the longer Makedo screw for thick joins, stacked layers and add-on parts.
The Scru+ is for when you need to connect up to five layers of cardboard. Scru+ can also be used to attach motion accessories like the Makedo Roto-Ring and Spin-Hinge, to layer multiple Makedo Deco-Props, or to attach 3D printed components such as the hinges and brackets Makedo publishes as free files on its Resource Hub.

Age and safety
Recommended for ages 5+ (4+ with an adult, 7+ independently). Safety tested to an age grading of 3+ and made without PVC, BPA, phthalates or lead; conforms to ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN-71, AS/NZS 8124 and Canada SOR/2011-17, says Makedo.
Warning: choking hazard, small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

Makedo questions
Do I need anything else?
Yes. Refills are not a stand-alone kit: you need a Scru-Driver or a Mini-Tool to punch the hole and turn the Scru. Every Makedo kit includes one, and both are also sold on their own.
What is the difference between Scru and Scru+?
The Scru joins up to three layers of corrugated cardboard; the longer Scru+ joins up to five. Both turn with the same Scru-Driver or Mini-Tool. We stock refills on their own: Scru 180, Scru+ 120 and the Scru Combo 160 (120 Scru and 40 Scru+).
Is Makedo reusable?
Yes. Turn a Scru the other way with the Scru-Driver or Mini-Tool and it comes out, ready for the next build. Makedo’s own cycle is find a box, make, play and reuse. Use only Makedo’s tools on the Scru: Makedo says metal tools such as socket wrenches and power driver bits damage it beyond repair.
