Eligibility
The VEX 123 or VEX GO Small Classroom Kit Grant is open only to those who follow the entry requirements and who are 18 years or older at the date of entry. The Campaign is open only to legal residents of Alberta, BC, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Quebec excluding those in Northern Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of iDESIGN365, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
Campaign Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on August 18th, 2026, and ending at 23:59 (EST) on October 30th, 2026. All online entries must be received in this timeframe.
How to Enter
You must enter the Campaign by following the entry requirements listed here. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a grant. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of iDESIGN 365. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of iDESIGN 365.
Grant
The VEX 123 or VEX GO Small Classroom Kit Grant features VEX 123 Small Classroom Kit (for 12 students of age 4-8) or VEX GO Small Classroom Kit (for 10 students of age 8-11) with training. Every entrant in the Campaign (the “Winners”) is eligible to win one of these Grant based on their preference. All participants must agree to the product orientation training to qualify for the Grant.
No cash or other grant substitutions shall be permitted except at iDESIGN 365’s discretion. No substitution of grant or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of grant constitutes permission for iDESIGN 365 to use the winner’s names, likeness, and entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds
The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. All grant is awarded at random. Every qualifying entrant is eligible to win the grant.
Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner of VEX GO or VEX 123 Small Classroom Kit Grant (valued at $1,945.00 and $1,389, respectively) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of iDESIGN 365. The winner will be announced on our social media profiles following the closing date of 23:59 on October 30th, 2026. The winner must respond/get in touch with iDESIGN 365 within 3 business days of the announcement. iDESIGN 365 shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to redeem the grant from the time the award notification was sent or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the grant may be forfeited. Any violation of these official rules by the winner (at iDESIGN 365’s sole discretion) will result in disqualification as Winner in the campaign, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that iDESIGN 365, anyone acting on behalf of iDESIGN 365, and iDESIGN 365’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions
iDESIGN 365 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond iDESIGN 365’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, iDESIGN 365 may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by iDESIGN 365. iDESIGN 365 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. iDESIGN 365 has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
